If you are successful, you are immediately contracted on the drop of the hammer and the non-refundable balance of 10% must be paid immediately (€5,000 of your registration fee forms part of your 10% deposit).

Phone and Online bidding service available and you must pre-register to bid prior to Auction Day – you can register on our website under the auction tab at top of the homepage.
