John Shaw Auctioneers Ltd. have been favoured with instructions to offer sale by Public Auction on the above date the following described lands.


The lands are described as All that and those part of the lands of Rathmore North, Meanus, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick containing 54.019 acres(21.861) or thereabouts statute measure, contained in Folio: LK 15139F.

The lands are in three LOTS and four divisions and described as follows as follows:

LOT.1. Rathmore North containing 48.111 acres (18.153hectares) & Farmhouse
