Recent report by Sherry Fitzgerald predicts strong demand for Irish farms and agricultural land
The dual impact of a growing dairy sector and a lack of good quality land coming to market will ensure a healthy demand for grazing land in the forthcoming year. Despite the slight fall in land prices in 2019 and the Covid 19 restrictions, land prices rebounded strongly in the final quarter of 2020.
