Farm History
This farm was purchased “for Tax Reasons” by the current owners (a north Tipperary family) who sold Development Land in that area in 2016. Having held ownership of the farm for the statutory 7-year period, have now decided to sell on. The original owners of the land the Cleary family (Glenisk Dairies) adjacent to the farm have continued to lease it for the intervening 7year period, and in total have farmed this holding since Mr Cleary snr. first purchased it on 16th August 1928 i.e almost 100 years. The land is in great heart, with a good depth of soil and all in one division.

The Farm is situated on the L2001 approx. 2 miles off the main Tullamore /Portarlington Road R420. Portlaoise 29km, Kildare 40km, Tullamore 9km.
Farmyard
