About Peter Barry BSc EMS MIPAV TRV
Peter qualified with an Honours Degree in Estate Management in 1997. He began working as a Property Negotiator in Cork City and then in Fermoy before he began work in Mallow for Liam Mullins & Assoc, 1998-2007 where he became Sales Manager.
Peter established his own Property Consultancy in 2007. Having dealt with clients throughout Munster and beyond, Peter sought to provide the highest level of professional service to his clients and has the reputation of a hardworking, honest and an enthusiastic agent who, together with his staff deliver a professional yet personalised service.
Peter is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers. He is also a qualified TEGoVA Residential Valuer (TRV), which allows him to conduct Blue Book Valuations. Peter is also fully licenced with the Property Regulatory Authority.
