James advises clients on the sale and purchase of country houses, farms and estates throughout Ireland.
James started his career in 2003 as a rural property agent in Scotland. Over the course of his career, James has acted for clients in the sale and purchase of some of the finest rural properties in Scotland and Ireland.
James works closely with agency colleagues in Savills network of offices throughout Ireland and the UK, including the foreign desks in London. He is a partner of the family farm in Northern Ireland and has a first-hand understanding of rural property.
