From Naul (at Killians Pub) head due north for 150 metres and turn left to Garristown. Pass GAA Pitch and proceed 0.6 mile to 3 Gates Garden Centre. Turn right. Proceed straight for 1.2 miles to T Junction and turn left. Proceed for 0.6 mile towards Clonalvy and the lands are on right with a RB Daly For Sale sign.

• There is a natural water supply at the bottom of the 2nd field (a ditch) plus the mains water passes by along the top road. The old Ordnance Survey map also shows an old “well” in the south east corner of the farm.
