Founded by Mr. Walter M. Halley, the company was initially known as Walter M. Halley and Associates, and Mr. Pat Brophy played a key role in its establishment.

Mr. Tom Grace, the current proprietor, joined the firm in 1976 and became a full partner in 1983, leading the transition to the present name. Following Mr. Halley’s passing in 2018, Mr. Tom Grace and his daughter, Anna Grace, now fully own and operate the company.

Both are fully licensed under the PSRA and hold memberships in the IPAV, demonstrating their commitment to professional standards and industry best practices.
